The defense had argued that there were no live births at Gosnell’s... clinic and contends the babies died during abortions and their necks were snipped afterwards. If the babies had died during the abortions, they wouldn't need their necks snipped, would they.
And if there is a distinction to be made between a "live" birth and a non-live birth, Gosnell definitely broke the 24-weeks law.
I am dreading another OJ Simpson verdict; but I pray not.
