The women had the right to choose to participate in the activity that leads to pregnancy, unprotected, or not to do so. Why should the innocent third party pay with his or her life because she made the wrong choice?

For that, God is preparing eternity in Hell. Joseph Mengele never faced human justice, sad to say and Gosnell probably will not really, either. He is 72 and it takes Pennsylvania about 25 years to execute anyone. He will enter Hell when God gets sick of the sight of him rotting in jail.
