Gosnell smirked at Cameron without speaking. Cameron then continued, declaring, “It’s time for us to extinguish the fire he created.”

He and others like him are indeed human....they just show how far human nature can go when the conscious is completely seared and there are no constraints. He did not constrain himself nor was there anyone to constrain him...
I think Gosnell smirked year after year after year...and more. Most of his patients were minorities and I think he had absolute contempt for them all.....
Such an arrogant attitude, without the slightest hint of remorse, IMHO would increase the odds of the defendant getting the death penalty. If I was on the jury, and a defendant swaggered in with the “I’m gonna get away with it, I’m gonna walk” smirk on his face moments before the verdict is read, I would vote for the death penalty if that were a capital offense. Such arrogance needs to be put down. Then again, if he gets life, he might not fare well in the general population.
