I am concerned with the IRS handling obamacare and sorting through the donations to TEA Party groups in order to determine who gets denied care and sent to the death panels.

So why are you not concerned about the IRS using audits as a club against "incorrect" political donations?

It strikes me that a bureaucracy that can send you to death panels is very capable of using legitimate donations as a trigger.

My question was why would you preclude that kind of thing considering what you are worried about and then call CEW paranoid.

Secondly, unless you have something huge to hide, why would you worry about an IRS audit for legitimate contributions to your congressman?

Surely you jest! "Unless you have something to hide"?!?!? How much have you spent on CPAs and attorneys to merely comply with requests from governmental agencies, including the IRS? I spend hundreds of thousands annually - and I have "nothing to hide". That is the same absurd statement that has led to the patriot act with its ever tightening noose, CISPA, etc. It doesn't hold water.
