Supposedly, he was to deliver a letter, which he was carrying around in his pocket.

The letter, written in Russian and addressed "Dear friend," offers $100,000 to "discuss your experience, expertise and cooperation" and up to $1 million a year for long-term cooperation. The letter also includes instructions for opening a Gmail account to be used for communication and an address to write. It is signed "Your friends."

I wonder if he was in an Aston Martin at the time.

If he was his name would have been Jamie Bond. Where did he get the cheezy disguise Ebay? Wigs and a compass? Probably to dumb to memorize street names. I guess DHS got all the good stuff. The recruitment letter reads like a mail solicitation from a Nigerian prince. I do thank the “company” for confirming that they monitor Gmail. LOL
