Actually, IMO that could be the case. He probably has firewalled himself off from such depravity to maintain plausible deniability - which he has already exercised in the IRS matter. But his top advisers know what he wants without being told, and are willing to end up under the bus to shelter him (with the exception of Hillary).

It's become very clear that Obama is nothing more than a puppet who is in way over his head - really hardly even worth getting mad at. He doesn't make any decisions more important than deciding to congratulate basketball players on being gay.
