To be honest, I’d believe it to be possible that several of these clinics reside in every state of the union. Just consider that after 40 years of legality, with little to no oversight, one would expect that abuses would be rampant, especially in an industry that is in itself so despicable that average people would not really want to know what goes on inside.

It wasn't until the grizzly pictures of stacked corpses, emaciated victims and the testimony of some prisoners from the Nazi death camps to be made public that America and the rest of the world found an interest in Hitler’s atrocities. Maybe America NEEDS to be shocked back to reality on the issue of abortion. They are lulled into a false idea that only “blobs of tissue” are being vacuumed from women's bodies so that they may be free of an “unwanted pregnancy”. In truth, abortions are DAILY being done on viable babies - many that could live given proper peri/neonatal care. EVERY abortion stops a beating heart and it is a lie from hell that a human being is not being murdered EVERY single time to the tune of 4000+ EVERY day here! Their blood is crying out to God for justice and he WILL give it to them - on that we can be very sure.

He will not hold us blameless who could have done something about it and failed to do anything!

This has got to be all lies, now that abortion is safe and rare, having been taken out of the days of back alleys and twisted coathangers.

It has to be in the same realm as the myth that legalizing sodomy would lead to calls for legalizing gay marriage; polygamy & other forms of group marriage; bestiality; and lowering the age of consent to 13.

These facilities and practitioners are licensed and inspected professionals, closely monitored by state health departments and boards: if you can't trust your government, who can you trust?
