Let us please use the word "disgusting" to pertain to all abortion murder, whether

Most likely not, that's true. And as this is the 40th anniversary of Roe v. Wade (and the number 40 is frequently used in the Bible), I'm hopeful our time is coming to a halt, the time we take killing Christ's little children (not to mention damaging their mothers).
Look what's already happened this month of May (which for Catholics, is Mary's month) and we're only half-way through!
Jesus, sweet Jesus, please put an end to abortion (exposing in full our abortion president).
