I saw a report on terrorism that poisoning a water supply was next to impossible. You would need TRUCKLOAD after truckload of poison otherwise it would get diluted beyond being effective.

They could be planning simply to blow the Dam up or the inlet pipe systems and screw up the water supplies for months...maybe it’s not about poison but about sabotage!
