CHARLOTTE, NC (WBTV) -

State health officials say a Charlotte abortion clinic, which was forced to shut its doors after an investigation, will be allowed to reopen.

Officials from North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services told WBTV that A Preferred Women's Health Center, LLC will be allowed to reopen as early as Wednesday morning at 9 a.m.

The clinic, located on Latrobe Drive, has proven they are safe to open, according to a state spokesman. The clinic closed at the end of the day on Friday at the request of the DHHS.

Debbie Lang, who owns a dog boarding business across the street from the clinic, told WBTV on Monday night that she was happy the clinic had been shut down. Lang is openly pro choice, but says the clinic brings problems to the office park.

Clearly, there are a great many individuals in America not at all bothered by murder.

In another article [Freerepublic link]:

North Carolina abortion clinic shut down by state as ‘imminent danger’ to public health

This article talks about how a dangerous drug was being dispensed (side effects are that it can kill), and that FDA and state health agency was involved in getting this abortion clinic shut down.

If you read the other article, there is reason (in my mind) to have criminal charges brought against the people involved.

The drug:

1. Has side effects that may kill.

2. Was not being dispensed according to FDA/manufacturer's instructions.

This is worse than medical malpractice.

This is criminal negligence that can lead to the murder of the girls/women going to this clinic.
