The American Civil Liberties Union made a Freedom of Information Act request for documents about warrant less spying of text messages. The Department of Justice responded with this….TRANSPARENCY!

If it real, then there is an issue with security classification in this case — namely, why is it classified?

If it is not real, it is simply an attempt by Obama to color public opinion by painting conservatives as obsessed political hacks out to get him.
