It won’t matter if it does or not because astate afte4r state is rammign htrough their own gun unconstitutional gun laws until eventually msot states will have laws even tougher than dear leader’s bill
Only four or five states so far, and the trend is petering out. Plus, there’s already backlash against the legislatures in the states that did that. PLUS, there are other states liberalizing their gun laws, and/or passing laws intended to limit federal overreach on the issue.
