So they are just about the talking points? I am not going to read all of them, but from the dates, what else could they be about? So that is what everyone (in Congress) is upset about? The talking points?

This is pretty much consistent with what is already out there. The distrust of Congress (the House) drove the process. We don’t see what was going on at State. Nuland is just a flack.
0bama’s ‘me, myself, I’ fixation and HIS RE-ELECTION drove the process. Nothing else matters to him, but HIM.
There was also the Hilary faction at State. Even though she talked directly to Hicks, she went along with the video narrative, which is why her flack was telling the CIA that their information should not be made public. There are many, many people who have hitched their wagon to her horse. If she is elected President, they will all be on Easy Street the rest of their lives. If not, then they have to work for a living.
But now they've done all they could to destroy/influence the general and they're out of bullets.
