Sounds like dereliction of duty. A sharp reporter should ask that as a follow up question every time the excuse is given.
Reporter: “Excuse me Mr Carney, wouldn’t that actually mean that president Obama has shown a pattern of dereliction of his duty as president?”
Carney: “F it, I’m out of here. Barry, you are on your own, good bye.”
Does anyone think Carney realizes how ridiculous his pressers are? I wish someone would ask, "Mr. Carney, are you starting to feel like Bagdad Bob?"
