Code Red text/phone call alert for Park Cities/N. Dallas - Severe Thunderstorms, large hail, heavy damaging winds and flash flooding until 10:15.
Slightly concerning part is it’s a quite a bit calmer right now than it has been...

Reports say that the worst has now passed through Arlington and Grand Prairie. The system is widening, and now passing over the middle of Dallas County.
Southern Johnson County still under severe weather watch. Tornados may still be possible in that area.

JOHNSON COUNTY...
AT 919 PM CDT...STORM SPOTTERS AND DOPPLER RADAR OBSERVED A TORNADO.
THIS TORNADO WAS LOCATED 5 MILES NORTHWEST OF RIO VISTA...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. SPOTTERS WERE REPORTING A MILE WIDE TORNADO IN
BETWEEN CLEBURNE AND RIO VISTA. THIS IS AN INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS
TORNADO...IF YOU ARE IN ITS PATH TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY TO PROTECT

News is describing it as being on the ground and a mile wide. Quiet near I35 and 820.

So far it has been quiet here in Keller. Storms passing north and south of us. Yep. The really nasty stuff went around your area tonight. Sometimes we get lucky.
