IRS inspector general focused on wrongdoing in Cincinnati, Ohio office and ignored abusive letters coming from other cities
MailOnline found letters from IRS's Washington, D.C. headquarters, and from IRS offices in two southern California cities
The American Center on Law and Justice is threatening to sue the IRS if 27 tea party groups aren't granted tax-exempt statuses by Friday
Letters from the IRS to tea party-related organizations in Oklahoma City and Albuquerque, New Mexico show that IRS headquarters in Washington, D.C., and two satellite offices in California, were directly involved with sending harassing letters to conservative organizations that sought tax-exempt status.
The IRS has acknowledged only the involvement of its Exempt Organizations office in Cincinnati, Ohio, which typically makes most decisions about granting or denying tax-exempt status to non-profit organizations.

Of course it was organized at the top. Just thinking logically, why would a bureaucracy's worker bee, a lowly tax clerk, want to stir up a storm by sending out clearly illegal requests to a narrowly selected group of organizations? Where would you even find a government worker with initiative? Why would they want to endanger themselves by putting their names to letters that will most certainly make their way to courts and media? How would they organize, invisibly to their superiors, a country-wide targeting campaign? It is absolutely impossible; and those workers that are identified already are just the first sacrifices. They could be even innocent.
I totally agree
Have you seen this?
Nice find!
M passing it to as many media as possible. Even sent to my congressman
Does it fit into RICO law?

Soros and his fellow travelers are essentially running a shadow government. Soros is like Goebbels with deep pockets, running the propaganda apparatus that has had a significant impact on American elections and American society.
Jail to the chief.
To understand what happened, first all the people affected by these audits and harassment must be interviewed and their cases reviewed. Then every IRS person associated with these cases must be prosecuted and threatened with prison time. These people must reveal under oath who gave them direction.
I doubt anyone in Washington will conduct this kind of investigation.
As is typical of this administration, they begin throwing people, at the lowest levels possible, under the bus in order to determine at which level the sheep among us will be satisfied, thus sparing all of the politically connected decision makers in each agency.
