FBI charged man with murder after, they say, he tricked girlfriend into taking abortion pill

TAMPA BAY - Federal authorities arrested a local doctor's son, who they say tricked his pregnant girlfriend into taking an abortion pill, killing their unborn child.

John Andrew Weldon, 28, is now facing first-degree murder and interfering with interstate commerce charges.

According to a federal arrest affidavit, Weldon swapped out his girlfriend's antibiotics with abortion pills, specifically Cytotec.

"I was never going to do anything but go full term with it, and he didn't want me to," explained Remee Lee, 26, Weldon's now ex-girlfriend.

On Easter Sunday, Lee went to an area hospital complaining of severe cramping and excessive vaginal bleeding. Doctors told Lee her unborn baby no longer had a heartbeat.

Lee also brought along a bottle of Amoxycillin, an antibiotic. But when doctors examined the pills, they told her they were abortion pills.

"He came to my house with the pills, his weapon of choice," Lee recalled.

Lee said when she learned she was pregnant, Weldon took her to see his father, who is an obstetrician in Lutz. A sonogram and blood test confirmed Lee was six-weeks pregnant.

The next day, Weldon called his girlfriend with bad news. Her blood test apparently showed she had a bacterial infection and she would need to take Amoxicillin to clear it up.

On Good Friday, Lee said Weldon showed up at her Tampa home with a care package that included the bottle of antibiotics. The label said the pills were A moxycillin .

"He told me to keep taking them. I was supposed to take three a day for days," she recalled of Weldon's instructions.

These murder weapons are not like guns, which can be used for peaceful, legitimate purposes. They are designed solely to kill innocents. They have absolutely no redeeming value. Anyone who produces them or distributes them is complicit in crimes against humanity. Their very existence is a grave threat to all expecting mothers and their offspring.

Silly man, don’t you know that only women have the right to murder their unborn child?

So killing the baby in the uterus via abortion pill is legal only if the woman chooses it? Just wonderful— and that creep guy is 110% wrong and should be prosecuted for murder.

How creepy to go to your boyfriend's father for a medical exam, and stupid to believe it was appropriate for the boyfriend to phone her with an additional diagnosis and bring her prescription medicine. Illegal of a doctor; and ewwww.

If she had done a simple online search before taking this or any medication, she would have discovered that amoxycillin is not effective in a 3-4 day regimen (usually 8-10 days), and therefore it was not what it was represented to be. You can also research online the proper color, shape and manufacturer's markings of medicinal tablets.

The Original Suffragettes and Women’s Rights Advocates were passionately Pro-Life.

This horrific story illustrates that for YEARS, abortion was considered violence against a woman and her child for the sake of a MAN’S convenience.

It is only the modern feminazis that have cloaked abortion in the guise of “A Woman’s Right To Choose”.

Murder in this case is not defined by WHAT was done, the status of the victim, nor WHY it was done.

Murder in this case is defined by WHO chose to commit the act.

How can we allow murder to be defined by WHO commits the act?

Well, yes. It's a woman's right to privacy don't you know. It is right there in the Constitution, Article, um. No wait, Amendment No., oh I forgot. Anyway, it is only women who have that right, men are brutes. That is the law! Live with it. /s

Equal justice under the law?

That is head spinning logic.
It is legal for the mother to murder the baby -- because it must be a 'non-person' lump of tissue. If the (scum) boyfriend induces the murder - it is recognized that the baby really is a person...
Which one is it - lump of tissue, or person?
There is only one answer, and not two (depending on who initiates the murder).

Over the counter abortion pills is only going to make this worse... No prescription records and anybody can buy them.

This will happen over and over again tens of thousands of times.

Well, I understand that Freepers are annoyed that women are allowed to kill babies but men aren’t, unless the women agree.

But it really IS murder. I’m only a bit surprised that the Feds see it that way.

Maybe she was wrong, having a baby without being married. But a baby is a baby, and it doesn’t deserve to get murdered. Especially on Easter.

Awful.

This one puts the activists in a quandary.

If they argue it isn’t murder than it can’t really be a violation of the victims rights.

If they argue that her rights were violated, then it’s admitting murder.

I guess the mother gets to decide.

The Theme Song of the Abortion Set....

You’re Nobody Till Somebody Loves You by Dean Martin
You’re nobody ‘til somebody loves you
You’re nobody ‘til somebody cares.
You may be king, you may possess the world and it’s gold,
But gold won’t bring you happiness when you’re growing old.
The world still is the same, you never change it,
As sure as the stars shine above;
You’re nobody ‘til somebody loves you,
So find yourself somebody to love.

The world still is the same, you never change it,
As sure as the stars shine above;
You’re nobody ‘til somebody loves you,
So find yourself somebody, find yourself somebody,
Find yourself somebody to love.
