Who would benefit from that?? The Clintons for one. She would be the logical choice to be appointed VP under Biden should he become president. This would make her run in 2016 easier for her. Biden would get a chance to be president for a couple of years. This looks like a showdown between the Clintons and the Obamas and the Clintons have a lot of friends at the IRS. A solid hypothesis, but it will take a lot for Behghazi plus the mess she made of foreign policy to be discounted.
