Senior Democratic Sen. Max Baucus, who recently slapped Obamacare as a "train wreck," believes that the IRS scandal is just beginning and that "a lot more" damaging information will be revealed, likely at congressional hearings.
"I have a hunch that a lot more is going to come out, frankly," Baucus, whose pending retirement seems to have freed him up to speak bluntly, told Bloomberg Government's " Capitol Gains " TV show.
"It's broader than the current focus. And I think it's important that we have the hearings, and I think that will encourage other information to come out that has not yet come out. I suspect that we will learn more in the next several days, maybe the next couple three weeks which adds more context to all of this," added Baucus, chairman of the Senate Finance Committee.

I was thinking along the same lines. Isn't it amazing how a politician reverts back to having a brain and conscious as soon as reelection and the party caucus isn't an issue?
IMO, all 535 are the same including the Regime.
Absolutely correct! If true, this could give Roberts the impetus to make certain that the ruling on where tax provisions must originate (i.e., in the House, NOT the Senate, as was clearly done here) ultimately drives the stake into Obamacare on that basis.
FReegards!
This should be an opening to reform the entire tax code and IRS.
Alas, we have a balless party in the opposition.
What we are witnessing what happens when a man who has always believed the worst about those who run the country is elected president, instead of a man who has always looked up to those who have held the office.
A man who has looked with scorn on the previous presidents, believing every action they took was self-serving, and every press release they made was based on political calculations. A man who always saw the presidency as a means to an end, a role in a larger game.
A man who believed things like the “spirit of the American people,” the “wisdom of our forefathers,” and the “respect due the office of te Presidency” were all political tropes and convenient figures of speech rather than real, heartfelt and valued ideals.
This is what happens when such a man is made President. He runs his administration in the way he believes all the former administrations have been run.
He makes all his worst beliefs about the fat cats, corrupt politicians and power-hungry, self-serving elitists come true in every way.
“That sounds about right and Reid the rat saying he knows whats on Romneys. If he had any balls he would say to the media - now all this makes sense why Reid would bring up my return. Have no mercy for these evil b**tards!”
You are on to something here. The entire narrative was about Romney’s tax records for months during the campaign.
I am wondering what kind of monetary damages could be wreaked upon the DNC with such a link. Insolvency for the 2014 electoral round?
Consider the National Organization for Marriage's lawsuit against IRS being brought by their attorney, Jay Sekulow, for handing their confidential tax information over to the "Human Rights Project."
Implication of the DNC in any of this IRS scandal could cause that whole party to collapse financially.
Routed by their own tyrannical excesses. Hoist on their own petard!!!
FReegards!
Question is: could Reid be thrown out for admitting to being in possession of such information?
FReegards!
Does this make him OUR useful idiot?
