A lot here in West Virginia are upset over this no smoking ban. Okay I get it in places like restaurants but bars? Even I admit that is too far. There are no children/babies in bars, or not suppose to be. I have a feeling the lack of nicotine is getting to this woman and she is going crazy. Nicotine does this you know.
