I was just reading this morning that the Feds still have not indicted the surviving Tsarnaev terrorist brother. By law, they have only 30 days to do it, and are nearing the end of that time.
Supposedly, the prosecutor is going to ask for more time, but otherwise, I guess another terrorist just walks. Heck, maybe the local police can give him a ticket for jaywalking or something. I mean, he only killed three people, left 14 amputees, and maimed or wounded about 100. And they were just Americans and he was a Muslim, so you know whose side our government is on...
