YES, we had a great group appear in pouring rain. It stopped the second hour and even a gal with a bullhorn appeared. It was fun and loud with at least 50 people and great original signs...not bad for a small area!
My sign said: END THE

Then I wrote Fair? and Flat? at the sides
2 American flags on the top and FreeRepublic.com on the bottom. I use black and bright blue but red added to the IRS letters.
People were more excited and sometimes angry than in recent months.
It might be a beginning???
I forgot to say that they were so threatened by us that 2 Homeland Security K9 vehicles were posted in front of the building!!
