Search "venter" and "synthia" terms. Some claim that Venter's Synthia was injected into the BP oil well to convert oil to methane to provide pressure for pumping. The bad news it that it is still working and pushing lots of methane under the Gulf Coast. A brilliant move like that doesn't deserve a shot at wiping out humanity directly with a hack flu vaccine.
