” “Heritage” Americans are not an unlimited supply of money that politicians can raid and hand over to the poor from other countries.”

In my area (northern NJ) the GOP is acknowledging that, and while they initially paid a price for that stance at the ballot box the other it has evened out a bit since Dems did the same thing (out of necessity). Governor Christie has stabilized the property taxes here (slowing the exodus of “heritage” Americans and the companies that employ them), and he was able to win office when one of his Dem predecessors cut our property tax rebates while the next (and last) one furloughed gubmint workers. We’re still shedding gubmint workers, and Christie should cruise to re-election BECAUSE of it (not in spite of it).

“That “mediocre candidate” was a thousand times better than that thing sitting in the oval office now. Too bad so many wouldn’t help us defeat him.”

I voted for Romney because Obama was openly hostile to issues that are important to me, but you’ll never convince me that Romney would have been any better. I doubt he was going to do anything to protect our borders (and jobs), protect the traditional family (in terms of the homosexual and abortion lobbies), or defeat affirmative action (blatant government-sanctioned racist wealth redistribution policy, with inferred racial inferiority of blacks and Hispanics).

It is obvious that some GOP politicians learned nothing from Romney’s defeat.

Punish everyone in his fascist army. Do not waste time targeting him. Make people afraid to carry out his illegal orders.

That's how I look at it.

Nathan,

Brilliant as ever.

Again their are those of us that have been saying for the longest time we have had it with the RNC-E-GOP.

I describe it as they have served us Divorce Papers a long time ago, we just haven't moved out.

I am ready for a new party and I am willing to take the 8 years or more trying to make it work.

IMHO it is time, time for Col West, Sarah Palin and like minded leaders to chart a new course.

Sorry to be so blue collar about this but the GOP sucks on ice, and it is not worth trying to take over or rebuild. It is not even the rust bucket parts car if you will, it is ready for the crusher.

It is time for Men and Women of Character to stand against all you mentioned, their symbotic relationship of good cop / bad cop when they are squabbling over who gets to dole out the lard or their tast of it, when we do not want pork or their chow line anymore...

“That “mediocre candidate” was a thousand times better than that thing sitting in the oval office now. - Too bad so many wouldn’t help us defeat him. -”

This is the type of self defeating reasoning that passes for logic from the GOP-e. My take on this type of reasoning is as follows.
With these “middle of the road” candidates on the Republican ticket, why are you not attracting all of those middle of the road voters ( Karl Rove’s people).

There were Three “right” wing Senate candidates who lost in 2012. There were SEVEN “middle of the road GOP-e” candidates who lost in 2012. Conservatives are not necessarily “Republican” party members.

exactly.

and independent conservatives will give the middle finger to those who demand that the GOPe is entitled to our vote no matter how bad the candidate is.

They know what’s going on. Me thinks they like the high life, plus, he’s got the goods on all of them.
Don’t rock their boats.
Sarah, West, Tea Party rules.

Once again, its time to look overseas for a glimpse of our future. After so called “Conservatives” aided an abetted in the implementation of a failed national healthcare system, culture destroying open boarders policies, and embraced of Gay marriage, the Brits have finally decided walk away from their fake “conservatives” and formed a new party, UKIP. I agree, we should cut to the chase and form an opposition Conservative party now instead of wasting any more time. We will be a sizeable minority in the beginning, but at least we will have a chance to build from there and not abandon our principles.

The GOP better realize that these "replacement Americans" who don't have supporting skills will just drain the resources needed by all, without replacing them with taxes paid from their own earnings.

The establishment wants a two class system. The middle class must go. Rich and poor need each other, the muddle class is self sufficient and are a "problem".

Nope - they would try to get the contract for the ovens - and a subsidy for using a gay-friendly, diverse, union labor force. Then they would hire as many undocumented workers as possible to maximize profits.

The eGOP is not your friend.

Conservatives have been screaming for years on this site republicans are the true dangerous enemy, not the dems! The dems will destroy themselves, it's the republicans/GOPe who want to destroy conservatives from the inside out, the dems can't touch conservatives.

Until republicans are dealt with, we go no where as conservatives.

Yes, the Vichy French are probably the most on-point analogy to the current GOP. This time around, “La Résistance” is on its own.

I voted for Romney, but he wasn’t and isn’t a Republican, and my vote was a mistake I won’t make again.

I will write in a candidate if the next one is as bad as Romney. I have had a bellyful of both parties.

Go to one of the “progressive” sites on the web and read through their comments on the IRS matter ... they are GLAD the government is being used to target their political enemies ... the more fervent of them are handling their snakes and speaking in tongues as they revel in the power of their God Government ...

And anyone that thinks the establishment Republicans are any different is clueless.

those who are big money donors to the GOP, quite understand how close they are to permanent multi-generational dispossession of almost all access to the levers of power

No, no, NO.

They will do what the big money always does - they will switch sides.

The Wizard’s call is way too late. I’m with the 2ndDivisionVet.

Peaceful means to adress these wrongs through ballotbox had already passed us.

This will not end well.

That caller was exactly right.

Obama has created an atmosphere that will terrify the average person from donating, much less the bigger donors.

Unfortunately, the DC Bubble is too thick for these morons to realize this.

The “leadership” of the GOP is rotten to the core and fully complicit with the Fascist wing of the Democrat party, proving once again that anyone can and will be bought off.
