I'm researching something special for this weekend as a substitute for Rockumentary. Considering that Memorial Day, formerly Decoration Day, was a legacy of the Civil War, I'm researching songs of the Union and the Confederacy. The popular songs of the era I managed to cover when I did Stephen Foster. I may stretch it into Sunday night, but the protocol is to end the Music Dedication at the Canteen on Sunday morning. I'll have to see just how big this effort tis going to be.
