I thank my Dad quite often for working hard, improving his lot in life and getting us OUT of that Hellhole way back in 1970.
I cannot imagine having to or wanting to live there these days if you have some, ANY, means of escape!

Sounds like another Democratic [sic] party success story. Soon, all of America will be just like Milwaukee, Detroit, Chicago, Los Angeles, and the rest of the success stories.
I come from a mixed-race family. The black family was strong in the 1960s before the welfare state and most black Americans then were Christians. Today, there are more practicing Muslims among black Americans than practicing Christians. Why? Because Islam orders one to be violent in dozens of verses and that appeals to a person who is angry at everyone else. When black America abandoned God, it shouldn't surprise that things went downhill fast. In two generations most abandoned Jesus Christ and without that guidance from above, they ended up in trouble. The welfare state allowed women to abandon their husbands and in a couple of generations we had kids who had never known any sort of authority and thus had no self-discipline. They were set up to fail. But still, despite what could be considered a new form of slavery to the Democrats for in welfare and tens of thousands of programs to buy their votes, they still vote Democrat. The very people who for decades oppressed them— from Southern Slavery to the Redshirts to the longest filibuster in Senate history against the 1964 Civil Rights Act— and they still not only vote for them, they make excuses for them when they lie, cheat, steal, etc. It's like a codependency. Nothing is every their fault or their party's fault, and so they keep going further and further into the hole.
Milwaukee's problem is the same as all the rest of the formerly industrialized northern cities. - The productive whites who built the cities have left and won't be returning.
Black violence rules on another democrat plantation.
Democrats love blacks at election time.
The rest of the time they just want them on the plantation where they can be fed and watered until the next election.
Democrats have turned cities into nothing more than holding pens.
