She has a high powered lawyer. She got caught in a trap. But he must have been asleep at the wheel behind her to let her say anything like she did to Issa.

From what court? I thought that all lesser courts are under the jurisdiction of Congress. Only the Supreme Court has co-equal power with Congress. I don't think that a lower court can issue an injunction against Congress.

Her "incompetent lawyer" had told Issa that his client would not be making a statement. Instead, she would simply assert her 5A rights.

Methinks he had an "incompetent client"...
