Your title (AL Dem Party File ‘Opposition To Motion To Strike’ Mike Zullo’s Affidavit In Obama Ballot Appeal) confuses me; it makes me think the ADP filing is opposed to striking the Zullo Affidavit. The filing is opposed to striking an earlier ADP brief unless I have misread it. Also, you later call the filing a “motion to strike”. Maybe you have linked to the wrong filing and I should look for the correct one?
