My understanding was that he was wearing a t-shirt with the name of a charity that helps the military.

Why would they tell soldiers not to wear their uniforms? They need to be out there in freakin SWAT gear, walking up and down every Muzzie street in London in a show of strength.

I went to the Univ of London in the ‘70’s. I lived in a student hostel/dorm in Woolwich. Back then, the IRA was still blowing up pubs; there was an attack in my area.

I share your sentiment, except that gun ownership is pretty rare apparently in the UK. Body armor is pretty useless when a Muzzie slashes you carotid artery.
