The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Thursday shows that 47% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Obama's job performance. Fifty-one percent (51%) now disapprove.
Today’s figures include 25% who Strongly Approve of the way Obama is performing as president and 41% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -16 (see trends).
This is the third straight day that Strong Disapproval of the president has reached 40%. It has reached that level only two other times in the past six months.

There is that 47% number again....

That 47 percent number keeps popping up.
The same 47% that Mitt Romney got pilloried over . . . for telling the truth!
A house of mirrors. Them and the media have successfully dumbed down our citizenry to where they can do anything they want without recourse. Pretty scary how far the press has been infiltrated and fallen. I expect nothing less than that from government.

It probably won’t. My impression is that there is a 25% of the population who are hard-core leftists who would probably vote for Joe Stalin if he were running for president. I have noticed that whenever Obama’s approval is the lowest it seems to get, it hovers around 25%.
That’s just like the guy I was talking to the other day from work. The guy says to me that Obama is corrupt but he does not want to see anything changed so he can continue to get his government checks. Those kinds of people are solid to the democrats. The blacks (not all but most) just will not turn on the first black president. They know there’s such low job growth, increased crime in the cities even to knowing/seeing their groceries/the costs are going up every day though still cover for him... since many are getting the democratic assistance of restitution. The democrats have a orchestrated class. Those will never break free. We still should educate them though. We have to get those level headed people to join in with the independence of the Tea Party view first. Less government, a better government with integrity= more freedoms.
Is it a popularity poll or a demographic survey? The numbers seem very much the latter.
Sounds about time for THE FOREIGNERS REGIME to increase FOOD STAMPS and GOVERNMENT CHECKS.

There was an historian on FOX News with graphs showing how long it took for presidential scandals to affect approval polls. It can take months before a president’s supporters have absorbed enough negative news to change their views.

Yes. And what I find very scary is that when the Soviets (that is, the Bolsheviks) took control in Russia, they apparently never had more than about 10%-15% of the population behind them.
