LOL!!
The long post I made was about the medical community making a diagnosis. The federal government (Hussein) is entirely different. There is a danger, when our medical records are available to federal healthcare officials, for some committee of theirs to look at medicines being taken, and put that person in a “can't have a gun” category. They do it to veterans now. Senator Cornyn offered an amendment to the senate gun bill to take that power away from the Veterans Administration, but it was voted down.
If the VA “committee” restricts certain Vets from getting a gun, the only recourse is for the Vet to go to court and pay a lawyer to try to get his rights back. In the regular population, it works the other way. Before a person can be deemed not able to run his/her affairs due to a mental problem, the court has to prove the person isn't capable of running his/her affairs and the court has to pay the person's lawyer because it is the court trying to take away the person's rights.
