I don't like it. The title implies a lot more than what his letter is asking - it's only "the [IRS] implementation or enforcement of any regulations that may have been drafted under Ingram."

This is NOT even close to good enough. I was hoping it would be to take the IRS out of Obamacare entirely which would cripple Obamacare. Total repeal - rip Obamacare out by the roots, is the only way to stop it.

It might be a good first step for PR purposes sending a letter and then upon the response (or lack thereof) push for a Senate bill to remove the IRS from it. The congress has a better chance of it succeeding in a bill if they get the cajones to do it.
