I think this is the worst presidential speech I’ve heard. It’s rambling, disconnected, and out of touch with reality.

Yes, it is new. He isn’t going to kill a Muslim terrorist again unless that Muslim is in the act of committing terrorism right then. Not using drones again because they might kill an innocent Muslim as collateral damage.
This is a “save the Muslims” even if they are terrorists, speech.

I beg to differ. Much of it is philosophical in nature, designed to convince the listener that he’s a benevolent Leader who has our best interests in mind. He knows if their criminal activity is discovered by Congress, and Congress grows a pair, then they’ll have to speed up their timeline.
Or, he could have just been bored today and had nothing else to do. ;-)
Now, if Hillary would shut up from the audience we could finish hearing him talk about “Hitler and fascism.”
