They hacked the guy to death in front of a crowd, after knocking him down with a car. It only took the police 20 minutes to get there.
When seconds count, the police are only minutes away. In the UK, armed police are even more minutes away!
In an earlier post I was irate about the 20 minute delayed response. A Brit responded that they usually arrive “in 5 - 7 minutes” and are expert shots. The poor guy was dead in five minutes.
