Lois Lerner, the Internal Revenue Service’s director of exempt organizations, has been placed on administrative leave, according to a source in the agency’s Cincinnati office.
Lerner on Thursday afternoon sent an e-mail to employees in the exempt organizations division she oversees stating, “Due to the events of recent days, I am on administrative leave starting today. An announcement will be made shortly informing you who will be acting while I am on administrative leave. I know all of you will continue to support EO’s mission during these difficult times.” She concluded, “I thank you for all your hard work and dedication,” adding, “The work you do is important.”

I came across another little piece of information regarding the IRSgate. They were not only giving hell to those 501C4 applications, but they were REVIEWING all adoption applications for tax relief (apparently there is a tax writefoff for adopting children). Do you remember who adopted 2 children....Chief Justice John Roberts. Did the IRS threaten Roberts? It was up until 2 days prior the ruling that Roberts was said to be clearly in the camp of Scalia and Alito and Thomas. Could it Be......?????...
I agree and in a just world she would be. In fact, she would have been fired long ago. Also, at one time in the United States of America,an individual with the principles and character of the current occupier of the White House could have gotten elected dog catcher, much less to the White House.
Who authorized the authorizer of her recusion....er, her administrative leave?
Did she place herself on recusion....er, administrative leave? Or did the devil make her do it?
Does she have an authorized paper trail like Holder doesn't for his self-imposed, phony "recusion"?

Section 1203 of the Internal Revenue Code specifies that any IRS employee who invokes the 5th Amendment in a judicial or administrative proceeding relevant to their job is subject to immediate termination, without recourse.
Ms. Lerner should already be on the street.

Actually according to the rules anyone working for the IRS who pleads the 5th is to be automatically fired. I’ll see if I can find the rule, someone had it up on FR about an hour ago.
Firing these IRS folks is next to impossible.
They are dimissed unpaid. But, can appeal the dismissal twice. If they are found to be unjustly dismissed, they get full back pay.
I would go one step further. Bulldoze EVERY IRS building and put all employees on the streets. Let them freeze in the dark!
Every damn one of them are complicit in crimes against U.S. citizens. F**K THEM!
