The Boy Scouts of America's National Council has voted to ease a long-standing ban and allow openly gay boys to be accepted as Scouts.

[First name, Last Name] will continue to participate as allowed in activities with the local troop and other boys, but we will no longer fund or recognize the national BSA organization. We’ll support local activities, and [first name] will continue to do activities related to merit badges and ranks, as permitted by the local troop, but [first name] is no longer affiliated with the national BSA.
Unlike the BSA National Council, [first name] does continue to uphold the Scout Oath and Scout Law.
With this policy a Scout must choose between being true to the Scout Oath and Law as they are intended, or remain in Scouting. We choose the Oath and Law.

This is great news. Nearly all Scout Troops are part of a church group. Once a boy comes out, he can be helped through and back to normalcy.
If they are victims of abuse, that too can be stopped and redirected toward normal manhood.
Obviously the poison pill that they inserted , knowing it will ensure homo adults as Scoutmasters. So it's ok for scouts to be homo, but not adults? It's illogical nonsense, inconsistent, and indefensible. It won't be 2 years before they capitulate to the gaystapo lawyers.
The pathetic part is that this is all about money. They did it to protect their jobs, their organization, their gig. They are going to submit my boys to the company of mentally ill so that they can continue to have meetings, push paper around, and make ad campaigns. Like hell they are, not with my boys.

Correct me if I am wrong but aren’t you generally out of boy scouts by 18 years old and sex prior to that of any kind is illegal?
Also I see no sense in allowing “gay boys” and not allow gay leaders - I just don’t see how this is going to work and will NOT end well.
That sounds good, but it does not work that way in the real world. The first church or troop that tries to counsel a sexually confused boy will be sued out of existance before you can say “Rainbow Skittles”.

Simply form your own local organization and drop any affiliation to the national group.

How tragic. Youngsters who tell others that they’re practicing homosexuals have had their ticket punched for a one-way ticket to hell.
Parents of such youth are responsible for allowing their children to toy with thoughts and actions of a homosexual.
These children have been allowed to become emotionally confused. The parents aren’t intelligent enough to deal with it or they, themselves, are closet homosexuals.
Is it wholesome to shove one’s pee-pee in another’s poo-poo then stick their mouth where the pee-pee’s been?
The BSA has been dying for years. They started dying when fathers left their families. They died a little more when the single moms stepped in to try to make it work.
It isn’t gays they should kick out. It’s the women.

Television shows are the best examples of this. 24, House. Charitable foundations are worse but harder to see.
One of the reasons for this is leftist intolerance versus right-wing tolerance. Right wingers are willing to hire openly left-wing employees in the interest of fairness. Left-wingers, utterly intolerant, will not allow a non-Liberal near them, and will harass them at every opportunity. The result over time is that conservative enterprises are infiltrated by leftists but leftist enterprises remain the same or get worse.
Also, leftism is in and of itself a form of decay. It’s what happens not just to television shows but to nations, churches and universities as the energy given off by the big bang of their inception slowly ebbs away. Rather than expend vitality in originality and creation they become obsessed with introspection, popularity and lethargy. Leftism is entropy of the spirit and intellect.
Another reason is that the parasitic nature of Liberals/Leftists attracts them to existing money.
An enterprise can stave off O’Sullivan’s Law if their creators keep it in mind and remain vigilant and truthful.
O’Sullivan’s Law hit 24 when they finally had a Muslim villain then started running disclaimers that Muslims aren’t all terrorists.
The Annenberg Foundation was started by a Republican but it didn’t take long before O’Sullivan’s Law had them handing a domestic terrorist money for educating kids.
The ACLU, the Ford Foundation and the Episcopal Church all fell to O’Sullivan’s Law.
Good point. I am a little under 50 myself and hope that I am still able to hold a rifle when the time comes.
