The military goes on, patriotic American's still join. It was a harmful decision for the services and the people in it, but it didn't destroy the system.

While you're around the thread, are there any other facets of Left/Progressivism, Marxism-Leninism, and Stalinism that you'd like to point out to us as holding out shining hopes for America? Homonazism? Feminazism?

Since I oppose all of those ideologies I won't be able to offer you any shining hopes for any of those notions.

Saying that, there is no reason to exaggerate. The military is not going to implode. In fact, you'd be hard pressed to find very many conservatives that are going to run on reopening DADT. It was a damaging decision, but it won't destroy the armed forces.
