I am not on FR bashing America. If I didnt like America and Americans, believe me, I wouldnt waste my life being here. I’d just ignore you all.
The very reason I joined FR and remain here is to chat with Americans and to correct daily any rubbish written about my country. To stand up for the UK/Scotland when Americans here unfairly comment or criticise it. To correct incorrect ‘facts’ about the UK. The ‘worst’ I will ever do is criticise America or an American, but I try to do it fairly, just as I have NO problem with fair criticism of the UK.
Everyone here knows and has seen that if I or people think occasionally overstep the mark during a thread, and I have said something incorrect/unfair about the US, I will immediately apologise. As the one thing I dont want to be known as here is anti-american.
I love America. I like Americans. I have travelled and even lived in your beautiful country and I wish to return many times before I pop my clogs.
Bashing America?. Its one of the few countries outside the UK I would actually fight and die for if you needed our help.
