Zero said he discussed the issue with Holder and has instructed the Justice Department to investigate. That's all the low0info voter/"American" will be told. They will not bother to make the connection that Holder is the Justice Department.

Even if some do, they'll quickly assume that if Holder finds something "not good" on himself, he'll say, "Ooopsie, my bad! Sorry! Won't happen again.", and everything will be fine in their low-info world (except they just won't understand why the Repubs keep hounding that poor man, "He said he was sorry!!").
