Holly is a manager in Exempt Organizations’ Guidance office, which is responsible for drafting notices, announcements, revenue procedures, and other guidance on exempt organization matters. Holly’s work often involves coordination with the Office of Chief Counsel and the Treasury Department on legislative and technical issues, as well as providing information to the tax writing committees of Congress.

Before coming to Exempt Organizations, Holly served as an attorney-advisor in the Taxpayer Advocate Service, an independent organization within the Internal Revenue Service that helps taxpayers resolve problems with the IRS. She also worked for eight years as an attorney in private practice focusing on exempt organizations issues. She earned her juris doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

It's a trademark of the current regime. DC is awash in legions of young, inordinately powerful Obamajungend, steeped in Leftist culture. From one end of the National Mall to the other; in every institution from the National Zoo to Capital HIll. My guess is that Holly Paz isn’t “someone like this”, at least not anymore. Someone who finished college, then a JD, then worked 8 years as an attorney, then another job, then became an Obama funder and IRS queen, would be 35 to 40 years old. Now why would anyone want to create the false perception that a high school kid sat in on the IG interviews...? Where did this photo come from?

Very convenient to have a high-level official sitting in to make sure none of the underlings says anything they shouldn't. The Clinton administration was also very skilled at enforcing silence from subordinates, as we saw in 1998.
