Ironically, "inviting uncivilized people" isn't really the problem. The real problem is when you combine an open immigration policy with a massive welfare state that enables people to live comfortably without ever lifting a finger to do any work. You never see riots in places where people -- especially younger males -- are too busy working to go out on a rioting binge.

You'll also find that places with a strong cultural work ethic have no patience for rioters, either. I once saw some video clips from a riot in South Korea, and I can tell you that a riot by immigrants in South Korea wouldn't even last five hours, let alone five days.
