I thought there was a Military Code of Conduct that members of the military had to conform to. In effect it moved you from your Constitutional rights to the MCC. Just wondering/asking.

Just wondering/asking.Much of it is defined and limited by whether or not you are on duty and in uniform. There are more boundaries than for the average citizen, but not to the point where this IRS-offshoot tactic should have been used.
