It is really a pseudonym, taken from the author of "Gulliver's Travels."
That being the case, while it is intended as sarcasm, it is too close to the reality of the actions of men having sex with men to be laughed off. People should read the annotations to this work at the end of "The Pink Swastika" to get how close that sarcasm is to reality.
It is very close indeed and no laughing matter.
