He's going to "mobilize" private :"investment" money to "boost" the "tourism, construction, and agriculture" industries.
He;s completely delusional, but he's not robbing the treasury to do it (according to this, anyway).
Wouldn’t it be a better idea to mobilize that private investment towards the country who is about to import 33 million foreigner freeloaders into their country?
