Another suggestion Shiloh. It is a hike to get to in SW Tennessee. If go North from Vicksburg a couple of hours deep in the Boonies. Not the most visited Park but worth the trip one of my Relatives was promoted First SGT in the 6th Iowa after the Battle.

That’s another one I’d like to see. As the battlefields come under threat from development, though, one wonders how much longer some of them will be around.
