Republicans keep slamming President Barack Obama’s push to move the government away from a war footing and refine and recalibrate counterterrorism strategy.

Capitol Hill Republicans like Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina say Obama is projecting weakness at a time when the United States needs to show resolve against terror networks like al-Qaida. The South Carolina Republican said Sunday that “at a time when we need resolve the most, we’re sounding retreat.” …

Obama is trying to recast the image of terrorists from enemy warriors to cowardly thugs and move the United States away a state of perpetual war. Every Sunday McCain and his little Smithers show up on all the obsolete talk shows and beat the drums for more war somewhere. Voila, the next day, they are in the headlines as party spokesmen. They’re not. They’re crackpots. Or, something more nefarious.

Well, they can’t be “wacko birds” since McCain already monopolized the term.

Doesn't Limp-wrist Lindsey support giving arms and money to Al Qaeda to attack Syria? Of course he does. In the real world Lindsey, McLame, and rest of the Globalist/Neocon cabal give weapons and support to Al Qaeda to further the Globalist Agenda, like taking out Gaddafi and ruining Lybia. Its only in TV fantasyland that Al Qaeda is the sinister enemy hiding under every bed. Since so many rube Americans believe TV is real they gladly let Grandma get groped at the airport, Uncle Scam spy on their email, internet, and phone conversations, and send their sons and daughters off to die in trillion dollars Forever wars in the hopes that Uncle Scam will protect them from the scary Al Qaeda boogie man.
