Adrian Peterson told Bruce Murray and Amani Toomer on Sirius/XM NFL Radio Thursday that he has relatives who are gay but doesn't support gay marriage, NESN reported Monday.

When asked about speculation that the Minnesota Vikings had released punter Chris Kluwe for being too open about his pro-gay marriage stance, the 28-year-old running back admitted he's against it.

I had 2 beautiful daughters at a public university. They couldn’t get a decent date in 4 years. It seems all the guys huddle together and type into their iphiones

I can believe that. My younger sister told me that the more attractive the guys are many times too often turn away the girl’s attention. She’s a very beautiful girl, smart and independent. I'm just sick of it..because it's being forced on society.

I know. I was thinking last year that sports (esp. football) had managed to avoid the whole gay-assault thing, probably because football is such a manly game.

Welcome to the year of “gay sex must be discussed in sports, early and often. Those that oppose will be shamed”.

Hey! We want Torii back!

Not to mention Cuddyer, Gomez, Liriano, and a few other former Twins who are having solid seasons.
