The Boston terror bombing brings home the fact we are in a state of war, even though our government leaders don’t want to acknowledge it.
The attitude by the present administration is eerily similar to what the Clinton administration had, that lead up to the 9/11/2001 terror attacks. Criminalizing terror is in fact ignoring the active war being waged against our country and western society. As if we don’t name it, then it doesn’t really exist.
During the Clinton administration, our world trade center was attacked with a truck bomb and our embassies in Africa were bombed killing hundreds.

This is lawyer talk, not a commander in chief who is responsible for the safety of American citizens….

The Obama administration still refers to the slaughter of American soldiers at Ft. Hood Texas by Major Hassan, as workplace violence, even though he had ties to radical Islam and he was uttering Allah Akhbar as he squeezed the trigger killing our unarmed soldiers.
The underwear bomber who tried to blow up a passenger airplane over Detroit was whisked away and given Miranda, although he wasn’t an American citizen.
This administration downplayed the attack on our embassy in Benghazi that killed 4 of our personnel including our Ambassador. They initially tried to put the blame on an unruly mob enraged by a cheesy internet video. When in fact it was a well organized attack by an Al Qaeda connected group.

(posted earlier) I spent from 2003 to 2008 in Iraq off/on both as a Anti-Terrorism Officer (CPT) and Operations Chief for the DSS/HTO under Blackwater and watched this violence spur on a daily basis of who will control what. Be it Shia targeting Sunni or vice-verse, or each unique tribe targeting their own to gain a foothold in the economic, political, social, or religious realm. Islam understands and appreciates one element that Christian nations do not employ and actually criminalize, that is, violence! Saddam wasn’t a bad man when measured with Islamic fundamentals, he held together a fracturing area of the Middle East the only way any one could. Maliki is doing nothing short of what Saddam did, the only difference is that the Shia control that area. It’s not a nation, but an area of tribes that go beyond any borders that European powers drew out. When the US pulled out at the end of 2011, Iran was in full control of the Maliki regime and still maintains that power. I saw it first hand in 2006 in Karbala.
But why should you care? If you want to survive and prepare for what’s coming to the US and what is already occurring in Europe and other areas around the world, read and study now. These events will grow and fester like an unchecked virus, and I doubt you want to be caught in the middle of it!

I have maintianed for years that the US is so dumb that they don’t know that they are in a war, or that they are under attack. Maybe a nuclear incident in a major US city will open some eyes, but I doubt it.
Dubya told us it was a WAR....and it might take a decade or more...if we had a congress with character, this could have been over....and look now we got the boy commie/muzzie leading us with his muzzie cia chief....
Clinton didn't even have to "kill Bin Laden". The Saudis were ready to hand him over for prosecution.
On the other hand, we were NOT invited into Pakistan (or Pockystand as our president says). We sent in a military force who killed him dead on the spot (as well as a wife or two) and grabbed his body and some of his stuff and left.
So much for "controlling legal authorities".
