If Darrell Issa can get elected in Kalifornia I have hope for MN. Call me crazy.

i do not see rand paul as a conservative - from his voting record - rand paul will one day come out of his closet

bachmann WAS one of the two - from her voting record - her ‘retirement’ is met with a yawn - must be her voice or something

Try it some time ace its not as easy as it looks.
Sure it is - say something bad about Øbama in 2008, repeat daily as required.
Then highlight what danger the country is in, but don't get off your arse to appear in public, make speeches, attend TEA party meetings, etc.
Simple. Oh, and don't forget to sell your latest scam product, Rush Tea - you know, all those beach front mansions, private jets and greens fees add up.

Issa’s 49th (former 48th) Congr Dist has a GOP voting history, since ‘02:

I wouldn’t call you crazy; it’d just be a miracle if a Ted Cruz or RR appeared out of thin air.

JC’s Tonight Show was a treat to watch, and Carnak The Magnificent was great:

has Rush ended up in the same place as Michael Savage? Michael started feeling burned out and that he repeated himself all the time for sometimes he would talk different topics. Then he quit doing hour three live. Then he took a lot of days off.

Michael Savage and others have brought up the need for a new political party in the fall. Hannity was one who said it might need to happen. Malkin said if he lost the presidential election, and we did, then a third party would come. Even Laura Ingraham is upset and wants to go after Jeff Flake. She would support a new party.

I think everyone has it wrong about why Rush isn’t on today. At the beginning of yesterday’s show, he was discussing with someone (producer?) how Mark Styne had shown up to guest host, but there was some mixup in scheduling because that was news to Rush. (It was a one-way conversation and hard to follow since the other person had no mic.)

Rush felt bad because Mark had set aside this week in his schedule to be there, and Rush mumbled something about how Mark could have gone back to Australia, or something similar. So... Rush said he would go ahead and do the show yesterday, since he had already prepped for it and had stuff he wanted to say, then he’d probably take the rest of the week off so Mark wouldn’t be inconvenienced. That’s what i heard with my own ears!

Right you are. I’ve been saying this to family & friends, since I researched 0traitor in early 2008, and found the GOPe complicit in the cover-up of who/what he is, and everything they’ve done since to give the lib-dem trash their unobstructed way on virtually everything they wanted done. It now needs to happen to rid us of the GOPe traitors.

RE: Rush mumbled something about how Mark could have gone back to Australia, or something similar.

You are correct; but I heard something slightly different vis-a-vis Australia.

Mark was not scheduled until today (Wed) and at first I thought Rush said that "Mark could have gone back to Australia;" but later Rush mentioned it again and it was clear that it was simply about a trip Mark had planned.

Rush had planned to do today but apparently decided to defer to Mark.

The whole thing could have been an act.

.. and some of the critical opinions of Rush on this thread made me wonder if Michael Savage may have posted them. :)

Good point. I stopped listening to Savage as well since he became as predicable-repeatable as Rush.
Quite frankly, this country IS in trouble and both these guys have the wherewithal to make a "hugh" difference if they'd just get out from behind their microphones once in while.
