I am surprised there are not any constitutional amendments to ban any profits from such red light camerals. (traffic infraction detection devices)

Traffic enforcement has always been a money-maker. This is just cheaper and more effective enforcement. If people don’t like more effective enforcement, then they can elect representatives who will change the laws.

I have not gotten one of these tickets yet but when I do, I plan on doing an index finger debate with the camera.

They’ve started using the vaned grates on a lot of the crosswalks to prevent people from trying to time the light. It’s getting absolutely preposterous how un-free we’ve become on the roads and in society in general.
